Hot gas filters
TenmatWear hot gas filter elements are engineered for high-performance filtration in environments with temperatures up to 1 000 °C. These filters help ensure cleaner emissions and support compliance with stringent environmental regulations. All filter elements are entirely free of refractory ceramic fibers, ensuring they are 100% safe to handle and dispose of.
Filturon CF
CS1150F grade is manufactured from non-ceramic materials combined with high-temperature bonding agents. Filturon C has been specially formulated to produce Candle Filters with excellent strength-to-weight ratios and exceptional toughness, even under extreme temperatures up to 1 000 °C.
Produced in lengths: 1000 mm, 1250 mm, 1500 mm.
Filturon BT
CS1255F grade is manufactured from non-ceramic materials combined with high-temperature bonding agents. Filturon BT has been specifically formulated to produce Big Tubes with excellent strength-to-weight ratios and outstanding toughness, even under extreme conditions up to 1 000 °C. These filters can handle much larger gas volumes and are able to replace most commonly used bag filter sizes.
Produced in lengths: 1800 mm, 2400 mm, 3000 mm.
Cement Board
TenmatWear’s high-temperature cement board are engineered for extreme heat applications, combining superior thermal insulation with excellent electrical performance. Resistant to thermal shock and featuring low heat storage and conductivity, they deliver maximum energy efficiency. Available as standard board or precision-machined components.
Cement Board CB H91
TenmatWear H91 CB has been specially developed to provide outstanding service in demanding thermal applications, where a quality, high strength, machineable engineering board is required.
CB H91 exhibits excellent strength even at high temperatures reaching up to 700 °C. This, alongside it being asbestos-free, has underlined H91’s position as the leading engineering cement boards available.
